Yvette considers him a reliable partner. She easily gives him respect and lends her support because what he's managed to build without her is a testament to his own initiative. If he says he's gonna do something, he really goes for it, for better or worse, and it's usually for the better. She relates to his workaholic nature, and his desire to experiment with things like BiT abilities before they're an actual problem, he tends to favor and prepare for the worst case scenario, which is necessary considering their environment. He's got big ambitions, but is mostly grounded in how he goes about them, so that makes them more palatable to get behind. Even if she's personally eh on his personal goal of conquering Hell, she agrees with the concepts i2 is built on and appreciates the space he's made for her.
Despite his very I Am An Adult nature he's also endearingly hoisted by his own petard. Dunking on him is an irresistible side bonus to their working relationship.
Intensity is one of the people she's comfortable speaking with candidly (the list includes Silver, B and Paloma). She's also more inclined to emote and express annoyance about a situation, without worry that she'll appear unprofessional or somehow less reliable. His support and direction are great, 10/10 would continue this working relationship. There was another specific example of his good decision making but I forgot what it was. TL;DR Intensity good!
Q's first impression is positive! She's easily pleased/appeased by people who praise her abilities, and she's making an effort to research summoning, and working with Camellia on that as well. He's cool and good looking too so that makes her pretty willing to get along for shallow reasons, but the willingness to become her student was such an ego boost.
